• You will get 70% of Refund if you provide UNUSED code to us.
• UNUSED code should be returned maximum 6 months after purchase.
• Refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days, or through the payment option you used for payment.

Unused Code Refund

If you find yourself in a situation where you need a refund for your purchase, we offer a refund of 70% for UNUSED codes. This means that if you haven't used the code you've purchased, you are eligible for a refund of 70% of the purchase price. We believe this policy strikes a balance between customer satisfaction and ensuring the sustainability of our business operations.

Timeline for Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, the UNUSED code should be returned to us within a maximum of 6 months after the original purchase date. This timeframe allows for reasonable consideration while also ensuring that the transaction remains recent enough to be processed efficiently.

Refund Processing Time

We understand the importance of timely refunds. Once your UNUSED code is received and verified, the refund amount will be processed. You can expect the refund to be credited to your bank account within 7 working days. Alternatively, the refund can also be processed through the same payment option you used during the initial purchase. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.

Exclusions from Refund

It's important to note that while we offer refunds for UNUSED codes, there are certain products that are excluded from this policy. Specifically, we only charge for PTE Vouchers, and we do not charge for Mock Tests. Therefore, we regret to inform you that no refunds can be provided for Mock Tests. We recommend reviewing our product offerings carefully before making a purchase.
